This article explains how to submit a number porting request for the Sweden, including the required information, approval process, and porting timelines.
Prerequisites

Letter of Authorization (LOA) Signed by the authorized user and/or number owner. The information on the LOA must match the authorized user name and service address held by your current carrier.

A scanned or electronic copy of the most recent phone bill (not older than 30 days) that clearly shows: Account number, Authorized user’s name and All numbers to be ported.

Tax number of the end user has to be provided (Swedish Organization Number usually contains 12 digits leading with 16 if it is from a company and 19 or 20 if it is personal).
How to request number porting?

Log in to https://dash.callto365.com

Go to Porting → Porting Submission.

Enter the number(s) or number ranges. For a single number, enter the same number in both Start of Series and End of Series.

Click Next (»).

Upload the LOA and the Phone Bill Copy

Select your preferred porting date. This must be at least 12 days from today (based on average lead time)

Submit the request
The current provider will review the request and either approve or reject it. Once approved, the porting date will be confirmed
