This article explains how to submit a number porting request for the Greece, including the required information, approval process, and porting timelines.
Prerequisites

Letter of Authorization (LOA) Signed by the authorized user and/or number owner. The information on the LOA must match the authorized user name and service address held by your current carrier.

A scanned or electronic copy of the most recent phone bill (not older than 30 days) that clearly shows: Account number, Authorized user’s name and All numbers to be ported

We need to verify the identity of the business end user. Therefore, please provide a government-issued document that clearly shows the registered business name and has been issued within the last 12 months.

For geographic numbers, the service address must be in the same geographic area as the number’s area code.
How to request number porting?

Log in to https://dash.callto365.com

Go to Porting → Porting Submission.

Enter the number(s) or number ranges. For a single number, enter the same number in both Start of Series and End of Series.

Click Next (»).

Upload the LOA and the Phone Bill Copy

Select your preferred porting date. This must be at least 6 days from today (based on average lead time)

Submit the request
The current provider will review the request and either approve or reject it. Once approved, the porting date will be confirmed.
