Processes, requirements, and timelines for number porting in Czech Republic.

This article explains how to submit a number porting request for the Czech Republic, including the required information, approval process, and porting timelines.

Prerequisites

  1. Letter of Authorization (LOA) Signed by the authorized user and/or number owner. The information on the LOA must match the authorized user name and service address held by your current carrier.

  2. A scanned or electronic copy of the most recent phone bill/Invoice (not older than 30 days) that clearly shows: Account number, Authorized user’s name and All numbers to be ported

  3. Porting request The number of porting requests depends on the donor operator (your current provider). This applies to both number blocks and individual numbers.

    The donor operator will decide whether the numbers can be ported together in one request or need to be submitted in separate requests.

  4. OKU code To start the porting process, OKU code is the first end-user detail that we need to initiate the porting procedure.OKU code is 14-digit number that starts with 7.

    In addition, please provide the following information:

    • Name / Company Name

    • Address

    • Registration Number

    Once we receive these details, we can initiate the porting request.

  5. Reference number It serves as a unique identifier of the service at the given operator

  6. In the Czech Republic, porting requests are processed starting from 6:00 AM. Customers can also select their preferred approximate porting time.

  7. CAF form In some cases, the numbers may need to be ported using a CAF form. If required, we will share the form with you.Please sign the CAF form at the bottom right and send it back to us.

How to request number porting?

  1. Log in to https://dash.callto365.com

  2. Go to Porting → Porting Submission.

  3. Enter the number(s) or number ranges. For a single number, enter the same number in both Start of Series and End of Series.

  4. Click Next (»).

  5. Upload the LOA and the Phone Bill Copy

  6. Select your preferred porting date. This must be at least 12 days from today (based on average lead time)

  7. Submit the request

The current provider will review the request and either approve or reject it. Once approved, the porting date will be confirmed.
