This article explains how to submit a number porting request for the Netherlands, including the required information, approval process, and porting timelines.

How to request number porting?

Log in to https://dash.callto365.com

Go to Porting → Porting NLD.

Click Create New Request.

Enter the customer and address details. These must match the details registered with the current provider, otherwise the request may be rejected.

Enter the number(s) or number ranges. For a single number, enter the same number in both Start of Series and End of Series.

Click Submit Request.
The current provider will then approve or reject the request. Approval may be immediate or scheduled for a First Possible Date (FPD) in the future. The current provider should normally respond to a porting request
Once the FPD is reached, the number(s) can be ported. The approved request remains valid for 90 days from the FPD. If it expires, the request must be submitted again.

010, 013, 015 – standalone 3-digit area codes (Rotterdam, Tilburg, Delft)

01xx – Zeeland and West-Brabant 4-digit area codes (e.g., 0113, 0162, 0180)

02x – Amsterdam region codes (020, 023, 024, 026)

03x – Central/east Netherlands (030, 033, 035, 036, 038 + 031x/034x ranges)

04x – South Netherlands (040, 043, 045, 046 + 041x/047x/048x/049x)

05x – Northern Netherlands (050, 053, 055, 058)

07x – The Hague / southwest Randstad (070–079)
National Number Porting

088 – Company numbers. These are national (non-geographic) numbers used by organizations with multiple locations (e.g., large companies or government institutions). The same 088 range can be used nationwide. These numbers are typically assigned in blocks of 100 and must be ported as a full block, not as individual numbers.

085 – National (non-geographic) business numbers that are not tied to a specific region.
